You build the technology. We build the credibility, the audience, and the narrative that gets it adopted.
MIME45 is a marketing agency for institutions, fintech, Web3, AI, and technology companies that need to be fluent in complex categories, humanize that complexity, and connect with audiences who don't all speak the same language.
From branding to launch strategy, PR to social media and content marketing, we've been passionate collaborators and committed partners to founders and enterprises across institutions, fintech, Web3, AI, and tech, and beyond.
Most agencies know regulated finance, crypto-native Web3, or deep tech, not all three. We built MIME45 specifically for that overlap.
Arabdha and Termeh already built this exact function once, from zero, at Halborn, before founding MIME45.
164K+ leads, 25 to 30% revenue attribution, 2,500+ media placements: the standard we hold our own work to.
One integrated program across all six practices, or just the piece you need right now. No forced bundle.
MIME, short for Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions, was the standard that let a plain-text medium suddenly carry images, audio, and attachments. It's the quiet infrastructure behind almost everything that followed.
We named the studio after it on purpose. Institutions, Web3, and deep tech are three audiences most agencies only ever speak one dialect of: a house built for serious capital that doesn't understand a token launch, a crypto-native shop a bank's comms team won't trust, or a technical team that only knows how to talk to other engineers. MIME45 is built to carry all three formats natively, at a moment when they're converging faster than most marketing organizations are built to handle.
AI is the second version of that same shift. MIME taught one message to become many formats. AI is teaching every format to write, design, and target itself, in real time, for whoever's actually reading it. We're not bolting AI on as a feature. We built MIME45 assuming it's already the substrate everything else runs on.
The 45 is 2045: the year futurists have long pointed to as the singularity, when technology and human intelligence stop being separate things. We're not claiming to know the date. We're naming the direction. Finance, Web3, AI, and deep tech are already converging faster than most companies' marketing can keep up with, and that's the world we built this agency for.
Every package draws from the same five disciplines: marketing strategy, content engines, events, PR, and ecosystem marketing and custom activations, sized differently depending on your stage and the moment you're building for.
For teams that need a real foundation before they put money behind anything.
Everything running together, under one strategy, on one calendar.
For the weeks that matter more than the rest of the year combined.
Each discipline breaks down into concrete, recurring work, not a slide of buzzwords.
A clear point of view on who you're for, what you do differently, and why it matters right now.
The operating plan that tells every other discipline what to say, where to spend, and in what order.
Booth or demo presence, speaking slots, and workshops at the handful of conferences your buyers actually attend.
Local and virtual meetups, Q&As, and hands-on sessions that turn attendees into advocates.
A multi-city push timed to a launch, raise, or sale, with pre-registration and incentives built in.
A home for the in-depth articles, whitepapers, and explainers that make your category legible.
A real content calendar, built to rank for the terms your buyers are already searching.
Monthly sessions with credible guest speakers, plus explainer video for the ideas that don't fit in text.
Written and video proof of what you've delivered for real clients, backed by a data-driven case for the category.
Relationships with the outlets your buyers and investors actually read, and announcements timed to matter.
Op-eds under your leadership's byline, pitched to the trade press and industry journals that shape opinion.
Company overview, key stats, executive bios, and visual assets, ready to hand any journalist on request.
Credible voices in your space who've actually used what you've built, not paid placements dressed as reviews.
Joint content, campaigns, and events with the partners your growth already depends on.
A structured way to keep partners active instead of a one-off press release nobody follows up on.
Packages bundle these together, but each discipline can also be scoped and billed on its own. Get in touch and we'll put a proposal together for your stage and budget.
Institutional buyers, crypto-native communities, and technical audiences are converging on the same demand for fewer loud launch packages and more evidence: clear positioning, earned visibility, and reporting a buyer can actually trust.
We won't sell a campaign on top of unclear positioning. Strategy comes first, every time.
Content, PR, events, and activation run from the same message, so nothing contradicts anything else.
We write in language institutions take seriously, Web3 trusts, and technical teams don't cringe at.
Attribution and pipeline impact, not vanity metrics: the same standard we hold our own work to.
We already built one marketing organization together, from zero, before founding MIME45.
Ten-plus years scaling AI, cybersecurity, and digital asset companies globally. Built Halborn's marketing organization from inception, spanning brand, demand generation, communications, and events, into a commercial growth engine responsible for a quarter to a third of tracked revenue. Directed flagship research including the Top 100 DeFi Hacks Report, led executive and crisis communications through five global zero-day disclosures, and helped scale a global events program from 12 to 60+ a year, including the launch of Access at the New York Stock Exchange, plus Token2049, Consensus, ETHCC, and Solana Breakpoint. An engineer by training with a Master's in International Marketing, and an adjunct professor at IE Business School teaching AI, blockchain, and marketing strategy.
Fifteen-plus years in PR, marketing, content, and SEO. Started in PR at AMP3 Public Relations in New York, working up to Executive Publicist across fashion, wellness, and consumer clients, before spending a decade as an independent consultant for startups and small businesses in tech, media, and B2B. Mentored founders at Station F, then spent years as Content Director at Halborn, building the editorial, SEO, and press engine alongside Arabdha before co-founding MIME45. Has placed client coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, and CoinDesk, and now leads MIME45's shift from classic SEO into GEO, optimizing for how AI answer engines find and cite our clients. BA in English Literature from McGill.
The short version of who we are and who we work with.
MIME45 is a marketing agency for institutions, fintech, Web3, AI, and technology companies. We build positioning, content, PR, events, and ecosystem marketing programs for organizations that need to make complex, technical ideas land with very different audiences at once.
Yes. Web3 and digital assets are core to what we do. We're fluent in crypto-native culture and know how to market to it without losing technical credibility with institutional or regulated audiences.
Yes. We work with AI and deep tech companies on positioning, content, and PR that make technical products understandable to both technical buyers and the institutions and investors evaluating them.
A fractional CMO is senior marketing leadership on a part-time or contract basis, giving you strategic direction without a full-time executive hire. It's one of MIME45's core packages, sized for companies that need a marketing lead but aren't ready to build a full in-house team.
Institutions, fintech, Web3, AI, and general technology companies, anywhere a complex, technical category needs to be made legible to serious buyers.
Most agencies know regulated finance, crypto-native Web3, or deep tech, not all three. MIME45 was built specifically for that overlap, so we don't have to translate your category to our team first.
Tell us what you're building, and we'll take care of the rest.
